WHAT IS FASTING?

Fasting is to abstain from food for a certain length of time, consisted of abstinence from food to express dependence on God and submission to His will.

Distance leads to distortion, but closeness produces clarity. Prayer and Fasting are two of the best ways to increase our closeness to Jesus. In this season, we draw our hearts closer to Jesus together as a body.
