At Heritage Fellowship, we believe that real, abundant life is found in community—and that community is discovered in our Home Groups.

These groups are where casual connections turn into lasting friendships and where we learn together what it truly means to follow Jesus.

Home Groups are the primary way Heritage Fellowship engages in discipleship, pastoral care, and support for our church family.

It’s often through these groups that meals are delivered, prayers are lifted, and encouragement is given—we walk together through both the joys and challenges of life in Home Groups.
