WHY TEAMS
Heritage Fellowship Church embraces a shared leadership model rooted in Scripture and guided by the example of Christ. We follow the design described in Ephesians 4:11–13, where apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers equip God’s people for ministry and build up the body of Christ toward maturity, unity, and purpose.
This model reflects our belief that healthy leadership is collaborative, Spirit-led, and grounded in biblical truth. The Elder Team serves in a Lead Pastoral capacity. Additionally, our home group leaders and other team leads each carry a distinct area of focus while working together to shepherd, equip, and care for the church in both spiritual and practical ways.
